Specifies the number of characters in certificate security stock serial numbers.
DescriptionMost Vital Records Offices use security certificate stock on which a stock number is recorded. The certificate Print Audit module records when a certificate is issued and printed; Vital Records Offices that use security stock also record the stock number on which the certificate is printed in the print audit. This entry defines the number of characters in the stock number so that when it is recorded, it is zero padded to the correct number of characters.
